Judge Dianne Jones is Presiding Judge of Dallas County Court at Law 4. She is seeking her second term on this bench in 2026.

Judge Jones is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, and Southern Methodist University School of Law. Her background includes work in private practice, as in-house counsel, and work in the Federal Public Defender's Office. She also served as an Assistant United States Attorney with the Northern District of Texas.

Judge Jones has served on the bench before. She presided over Dallas County Criminal Court 11, a family violence court, for seven years. Her legal experience spans criminal law, civil law and family law.

Judge Jones is active in the legal community and has been a member of the J.L. Turner Legal Association, the Dallas Bar Association, and others.
